PTX is a customization that is built on three portals (admin, teacher, and parent). Admins can manage the dates and times of parent-teacher meetings as well as view teacher notes and block-out times. Teachers can view/print their schedule, assign parents to meeting times, block out certain times for breaks, record notes for the administration to see. Parents can view their student’s schedule and select open meeting times to meet with their teachers. A printed schedule, along with room numbers and meeting times, makes a handy tool for your school’s conference days.
PTX avoids schedule conflicts on the fly. It’s so easy to implement and manage. We don’t know how we did without it!
